I am an Executive Producer and Head of Programming & Production with 18+ years of experience across film, television, scripted series, unscripted formats, commercials and post-production.

My work sits at the intersection of creative development, programming strategy and production delivery. I have led projects from IP assessment, rights acquisition, development and greenlight through budgeting, production, post-production, launch and international delivery.

Across my career, I have worked with Sony Pictures Television, Banijay, TVP, Polsat, Opus Film, Platige Image and ORKA, overseeing more than 1,000 hours of original content and contributing to award-winning and top-rated Polish series and feature films.  

I specialize in premium IP, international co-productions and scripted development, combining talent packaging, production strategy and execution across film, television and commercials, building projects designed to travel beyond their local market.
